(“Arani Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its registered office at 3770 Roblin Place, North Vancouver, British Columbia V7N 4C6, Canada.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
To submit an inquiry or request services through the Website, you must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence (19 in British Columbia), or use the Website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about our construction and renovation services, including residential renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, basements and secondary suites, full-home renovations, and home additions), custom millwork and cabinetry, commercial tenant improvements, landscaping and exterior upgrades, and related design and project-management services in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and the surrounding Greater Vancouver area.
The Website — including our project portfolio, blog articles, neighbourhood guides, and cost guides — is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed between you and Arani Construction by your use of the Website.
3. No Professional Advice
Content published on the Website, including articles and guides discussing renovation costs, project timelines, return on investment, rental income potential, municipal permits, zoning (including secondary-suite regulations), and building-code requirements, is general information only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, professional, engineering, architectural, legal, financial, tax, or real-estate advice.
Municipal and regulatory requirements — including those of the City of North Vancouver, the District of North Vancouver, the District of West Vancouver, and other municipalities we serve — change over time and vary from property to property. Always confirm current requirements with the relevant municipality or a qualified professional before making decisions or starting work.
4. Estimates, Pricing, and Project Information
Any cost ranges, price examples, project timelines, return-on-investment figures, rental-income estimates, property-value figures, or similar numbers published on the Website are illustrative market estimates only. They reflect typical projects and market conditions at the time of writing. Actual costs, timelines, and outcomes depend on the specific property, scope, site conditions, permits, material selections, and market conditions at the time of your project.
Nothing on the Website constitutes a quote, estimate, or guarantee of price, schedule, property value, rental income, or project outcome. The only pricing, scheduling, and scope commitments we make are those set out in a signed written agreement for your specific project.
Descriptions and photographs of past projects reflect those specific projects. Every property is different, and past results do not guarantee similar results for your project.
5. Consultations, Quotes, and Construction Contracts
Requesting or attending a consultation, submitting a form, contacting us by phone or email, or receiving a preliminary estimate does not create a contract and does not obligate you or Arani Construction to proceed with any work.
All construction, renovation, design, and related services are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by you and Arani Construction (a “Construction Contract”). If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Construction Contract, the Construction Contract governs with respect to the services it covers.
Any warranties relating to our workmanship, materials, or services are set out exclusively in the applicable Construction Contract. Nothing on this Website creates, extends, or modifies any warranty.
6. Electronic Communications
When you submit your contact information through the Website — for example, through a contact form, consultation request, or newsletter signup — you consent to receive communications from us by email, telephone, or text message relating to your inquiry and, where you have opted in, commercial electronic messages such as newsletters and promotions, in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us at info@araniconstruction.ca. We will continue to communicate with you as needed regarding any active inquiry or project.
7. Intellectual Property
The Website and all of its content — including text, articles, guides, photographs, project images, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, and the design and arrangement of the Website — are owned by or licensed to Arani Construction and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, frame, or otherwise use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Photographs of completed projects may depict our clients’ private properties and are published with permission. They may not be downloaded, reused, or republished without our prior written consent.

We may moderate, decline, or remove user submissions at our discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arani Construction and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights in connection with content you submit.
14. Privacy
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy, and is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a reorganization, merger, or sale of our business.
