Arani Construction did an excellent job replacing our sundeck roof. They were honest, and genuinely cared about the work, so we did not have to stress about how it would turn out. Pedram provided a professional service at a fair price and wanted to make sure we were happy with the finished job before leaving site. No disappointments, we would definately work with them again.

Highly knowledgeable contractor. I had a roof membrane that had been leaking for years and had caused a hole in the fascia of my patio roof. He was able to repair it in a timely fashion. Courteous and professional. Before and after pictures.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Arani Construction as a subcontractor, and it’s been a very positive experience overall.

Their team is organized, responsive, and easy to coordinate with throughout the project. Communication is clear, expectations are well defined, and they handle issues in a practical and professional way, which makes a big difference on site.

One thing that really stands out is their payment process. It has been smooth and reliable, which is not always the case in this industry. As a contractor, that level of consistency builds trust and makes collaboration much easier.

Overall, Arani Construction is a solid and dependable company to work with, and I would be happy to continue working with them on future projects.

We’re very happy with the work done by Arani Construction. Pedram and his team were thorough, professional, and clearly took pride in doing things properly. They removed part of our kitchen cabinet to install a dishwasher, and the whole process was well planned and efficient. We really appreciated how smoothly everything went and how respectful they were of our home and family schedule.

we had a complete renovation done by Arani Construction, and we are truly satisfied with the result. Arani’s team worked with incredible attention to detail and outstanding quality. Our home, a three-bedroom in Coquitlam, now has a beautifully redesigned space. We added a kids’ play area, and we also installed a powerful home charger for our new electric car. We really appreciate their professional attitude and sense of responsibility
