We were completing a renovation, doing much of the work ourselves, and we were behind schedule. Pedram came in and completed all of our baseboards and mouldings in a day and a half, including the tricky areas we didn't ask for initially (its an older house and there were some tricky spots that we thought would be time consuming for him but he did it with no issues). He was efficient and CLEAN. He tidied up after himself both days, very appreciated.
